1. Startup Registration Certificate :Recognition under DPIIT or any startup mission.

3. Detailed Business Plan or Pitch Deck : Including problem statement, solution, business model, and market strategy.

5. Bank Details of Startup :Canceled cheque and bank statement for fund transfer.

7. Technology or IP Ownership Proof (if any) :For ventures based on proprietary solutions.

2. Founder’s KYC Documents : PAN, Aadhar, and other identity/address proofs.

4. Financial Statements/Projections : Existing financials and future growth forecasts.

6. Shareholding Pattern (Cap Table) :Details of equity distribution among founders and investors.

8. Company PAN & Incorporation Certificate :Issued by the Registrar of Companies.
